Ilaria is Senior Manager of the Customer Engagement solution of OpenKnowledge. Her focus is on social, digital and omnichannel strategies, with a sistemic view on all the dimensions (both internal and external) of digital transformation and a special attention to communication and customer engagement. With a degree in Business Administration at Università Bocconi of Milan, she also holds a Ph.D in the same subject. She has been focusing with passion on digital communication for 20 years: she started with reasearch and teaching activities in SDA Bocconi, then she put her hands on the topic designing and leading digital projects for Virgilio web portal and for Alice-Telecomitalia. In the last few years, she has moved to consulting companies to lead digital transformation projects for many large companies of different industries. Happy mum of two adorable sweeties, she love sports and she enjoys in particular snowboarding and golfing.
