Ha iniziato a lavorare come consulente in Isvor Fiat negli anni 90; ha seguito la nascita di Internet con una start up sull’e-learning nel 1997; negli anni 2000 ha lavorato sui temi del social networking e delle community.
E’ coautore di “Community Management” (Apogeo 2010), “Social Business Manifesto” (HBR 2012), “Social Business Toolkit” (HBR 2013), “Social & Digital Transformation” (HBR 2014).
E’ sposato con tre figli, con cui condivide la passione dello sci, del calcio e delle figurine Panini.
